    Application of Hypothesis Testing on Attributes Quality Control in Hot Processing Field

    • Hypothesis testing is a process approach, as well as the feedback information of the process. It can identify the process variation, also capture and make sure the quality improvement opportunity on time. Hypothesis testing can be applied to control the product quality variation on line, enhance the sensitivity and validity of problem solution, and confirm the ability of attributes quality control and quality warranty. The application method of hypothesis testing in counting-type quality control of heat treatment, and its superiority in attributes quality improvement were introduced. It could solve the technique problem of low sensitivity of attributes control chart.
